This training will be taught by Donna Phillips. Donna has over 25 years in the healthcare & wellness industry. She is an Exercise Physiologist, Yoga Therapist ERYT-500, pilates teacher, NCBTMB provider. Donna has been studying TRE under Dr. Berceli since 2009 and continues to work with him integrating TRE globally and with TRE Certification Trainings & the Training of Integration of Props & Modifications for Self-Regulation with TRE.

This is a 500 hour teacher training program, that will meet 3 four day weekends and 1 six day intensive per year for two years.Â You will have 300 contact hours and 200 non-contact hours in this teacher training.
This course is designed to introduce you to the vast field of yoga therapy.Â Focusing on the real life application of yogic principals and tools and its integration with other health & wellness modalities as applied to various health conditions.
Level 2 Foundations in Yoga Therapy provides a solid foundation for you as a yoga teacher to continue your education and build your knowledge toward becoming a yoga therapist and may be bridged directly into the IIYT 1000 hour Yoga Therapists Training program.
200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate
1 year of yoga teaching experience
3 years of yoga personal practice
30 hours of Anatomy & Physiology
Completion of Required Reading Assignments
This program meets the standards for an RYS300, and you will be able to submit for your RYT500 thru Yoga Alliance at the completion of this program if you have a RYT200 certificate.

Description: This is a new global initiative of TRE, LLC launched August 2014. Those certified will be called Certified TRE Providersand will have the competency needed to teach both individuals and groups. The training introduces the anatomy, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to the body, TRE and the Self-Induced Therapeutic Tremoring (SITT) process. Certification Training competency will include:
